Over 30 years of hands on residential construction experience in Oregon is behind each and every inspection we perform. Our experience as former custom home builders and remodelers is invaluable when it comes to our thorough and complete home inspections.

We are locally owned and owner operated, and not a franchise. We are not affiliated with any builders. We only have your best interests in mind when we perform inspections.

We produce detailed narrative reports (view sample report) that will not only aid your original purchase but will also serve you for years to come as a guide for home maintenance and repair.

We are currently serving the Greater Portland Area, including Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington Counties

We also serve the Salem area, Marion, Yamhill and Columbia Counties, and do special inspections for Vacation and Second Homes in Central Oregon and along the Oregon Coast.
