The purpose of presenting this sample is to allow you to view the general content and extent of the inspections that we perform. The reporting format is specifically designed to meet the ASHI® standards (American Society of Home Inspectors), widely considered to be the most rigorous in the industry.

Each report, of course, is unique, as are each home that we inspect. The inspection and the report are intended to make you aware of the present condition of the home, with our most significant concerns repeated in the Client Advisory section, near the beginning.

This is a narrative type report and is a significant improvement over the old "checklist" reporting format that many other inspectors still use. We are confident that you will find it useful at the time of the inspection and in the future.
